My local, so I've got to be nice about it! A seventeenth century building with large garden and play area. 240 m above sea level, so don't think about sitting outside when the wind is blowing. The pub has changed managers rather frequently over the past ten years: the latest change was in early 2010. The current staff are enthusiastic and professional. The food on the basis of a couple of meals seems pretty good, with the emphasis now on traditional pub grub at reasonable prices.
